When trust must be earned: The Two Pillars of Sustainable Leadership
For leaders, trust is more than a nice-to-have; it’s the foundation everything else stands on. But building trust isn’t accidental. 🔦People Making a Difference Using Our Tools:
Hannah Tomeo
Using facilitation tools to create space for voices to be heard, confidence to grow, and communities to thrive.
After completing ToP® Facilitation Methods training earlier this year, Hannah Tomeo has found powerful ways to apply her new skills while working with rural youth, elders, and healthcare partners in Washington State. From supporting youth leadership councils to strengthening community planning efforts, Hannah’s story shows how facilitation empowers diverse voices and fosters confident, community-led solutions.
Recruiting volunteer facilitators for local communities, organizations, and global initiatives in support of the common good
HueLife is expanding opportunities for pro bono facilitation projects supporting nonprofits, youth groups, and community organizations. Whether you’re building your CTF portfolio or simply want to serve, we invite you to join our network of facilitators making an impact through meaningful conversations.
This month, we dedicate our Mission Update to Senator John Hoffman — a trusted partner and mentor to our YouLead participants from Ukraine. Many of the youth fondly remember his warmth, humor, and willingness to spend hours discussing public service, leadership, and hope for the future.
Just days after championing new legislation supporting youth exchanges between Ukraine and the U.S., Senator Hoffman and his wife were critically injured in a violent attack at their home. We celebrate his ongoing recovery and honor his deep commitment to leadership that serves others.
Host Families Needed!
We are welcoming a group of Ukrainian youth to Minnesota this August for a 5-week leadership development program. If you’re able to open your home and heart to host a student during this life-changing experience, please
