Please join us in congratulating Travis Beck on completing his ToP® certification and becoming a qualified trainer! Travis brings a spirit of curiosity, care, and deep insight into every session he leads. It’s been a joy to witness his growth, and we’re grateful to have him on the HueLife team.
Based in Rochester, MN, Travis serves as Director of Worship, Music & Arts at Mount Olive Lutheran Church and continues to support organizations like University Baptist Church, Community Peace Celebration, and the National Rural Health Resource Center through meaningful facilitation.

The journey of Mastering ToP facilitation skills has began for MToP Cohort 55!
We are excited to announce new dates for 2026. The Mastering Technology of Participation (MToP) is a year-long, immersive program designed for leaders, facilitators, and consultants aiming to deepen their facilitation skills and leadership capabilities. Through quarterly three-day in-person intensives, hands-on fieldwork, and ongoing mentorship, participants engage with advanced facilitation methods to drive meaningful group engagement and transformative change .
This August, HueLife is honored to host 16 Ukrainian youth and two chaperones for a 5-week YouLEAD leadership experience in Minnesota. Chosen from over 280 applicants, these remarkable 16- and 17-year-olds bring not only resilience, but optimism, purpose, and a deep desire to rebuild their communities.
One applicant, Mykola, shared:
“The rockets destroyed my house, so my family was forced to run… I sleep on the floor, study at a picnic table, and yet I’m grateful. I want to give back, lead, and help rebuild Ukraine.”
