Mission Update & People Making A Difference: Ukrainian Facilitators Cohort
In the ever-changing landscapes of business and life, we inevitably encounter ebbs and flows that challenge our resolve and ignite our creativity. During these moments, it's easy to feel overwhelmed. However, every challenge is also an opportunity for growth and innovation. Let's focus on solutions and the positive transformations we can create together. We develop remarkable strategies, but even the best plans experience highs and lows. What truly matters is that effective execution isn't just about sticking rigidly to a plan; it's about being agile, adaptable, and ready to pivot when needed. When outcomes don't meet expectations, it's crucial to reassess and adjust—while keeping our ultimate goals in clear view. This mindset allows us to remain resilient and inventive, turning obstacles into opportunities for advancement and success. Whether it's discovering new ways to connect, learning new skills, or supporting one another in our community, there are endless paths to transition from stagnation to progress. Remember, every small step forward is a step toward a brighter future. By embracing the power of community and action, we can inspire each other to reach new heights. In the ebb and flow of life and business, we can overcome anything when we work together.

HUE Conversations Adapt Plans Quickly with Thoughtful Action
You've crafted a plan, but now you're feeling stuck. Perhaps your team seems disengaged, or an unexpected challenge has arisen. We've all been there, spending too much time pondering the next move. The real frustration? Lengthy discussions that lack depth and fail to secure full commitment. This is especially prevalent in organizations with layered hierarchies. While we won't delve into the neuroscience of thinking styles here (our Effective Communication Strategies with the HUE Conversation Method course digs into that), we've designed a conversation worksheet to help you adapt plans and pivot with thoughtful action. The HUE Conversation Method leverages five thinking styles and empowers you to cultivate inclusivity, inspire active participation, and effortlessly transition discussions from exploration to informed action, achieving your goals even in tough times.

After a January break, our Virtual Community of Practice is back with exciting updates for 2025! We've heard from our HUE Community that those who join our monthly convening find it valuable, while others are still unsure what it's all about. That's why we want to take a moment to share what Community of Practice is, why it matters at HueLife, and what to expect this year.
What is Community of Practice?
Community of Practice is a collaborative learning space where professionals leveraging facilitation skills of all experience levels come together to explore real-world challenges, exchange ideas, and enhance their methods. Bring your questions—whether they're broad ("How do I improve my facilitation skills?") or specific ("I'm facilitating ____ and need advice on using ____ method.")—and gain insights from a community eager to support and learn from one another. Even if you're just curious about facilitation, you're welcome to join!
Why do we do it?
At HueLife, we believe the brilliance is in the room and that we are better together. Learning doesn't stop when training ends—it thrives in community. Community of Practice is a space where professionals can connect, share challenges, and refine their facilitation skills with the support of peers. Whether you're seeking advice, sharing insights, or simply listening in, every conversation helps you grow. Together, we elevate each other's skills and impact!
Who can join?
Anyone looking to refine their facilitation skills and connect with a supportive community! Our free monthly Community of Practice is open to all—whether you're a seasoned facilitator, leading meetings, convening groups, or driving projects forward. You don't need to be a formal facilitator to benefit—this is a space to ask questions, share experiences, and learn from one another. After all, HueLife is all about human understanding and engagement (HUE)!
📅 When: Every fourth Wednesday of the month from 2:00–3:00 p.m. CT

This month, our mission update is closely tied to our people making a difference feature. Our CEO and Co-Founder, Dr. Irina Fursman, teamed up with Dr. Richard Fursman, Dr. Mirja Hanson, and Jane Stallman in the U.S.A. and Olha Hulaia, Ukrainian ToP Facilitator and Human Leadership Ambassador, to host a Ukrainian Facilitators Cohort called The Facilitation of Transformational Changes.
The Facilitation of Transformational Changes program was designed for facilitators dedicated to driving significant organizational change. Participants explored various theories and models of organizational development and transformation, learning how to effectively apply them in practice. This program emphasized practical application, peer learning, and the development of a democratic system in Ukraine.
